$6.3M Warehouse Sale is Largest in Countryside Since 2007

In the largest building sale in suburban Countryside in the last decade, Combined Warehouse acquired a 161,591-square-foot warehouse at 5300 Dansher Rd.

Value Industrial Partners sold the property, represented by Colliers International Chicago. The $6.3 million purchase price was the largest for a Countryside industrial building in the past decade.

The sale comes after Colliers secured a long-term lease for 50,000 square feet in the building. The warehouse features 19 docks, two drive-in doors, T8 lighting and 8,200 square feet of office space.

“This was a case of the right buyer at the right time. Everything fell into place, and we were able to exceed our client’s expectations,” said Colliers’ principal Fred Regnery, who along with principal Jack Rosenberg, led the Colliers team.
