Wareham Retail Center Trades for $7M

Brokerage firm Horvath & Tremblay has arranged the $7.2 million sale of Wareham Marketplace, a 35,247-square-foot retail center in Wareham, MASS.

Located approximately 70 miles south of Boston, the property is anchored by discount grocer Aldi. Additional tenants include Dollar Tree, AutoZone, Wendy’s and Mattress Firm. The pad sites occupied by AutoZone, Wendy’s and Mattress Firm were not part of the sale and were marketed separately.

Bob Horvath and Todd Tremblay of Horvath & Tremblay represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The buyer was also not disclosed.
