Ware Malcomb, JLL Team Up on New LEED Platinum Office
Ware Malcomb completed construction on a new Chicago office for Janus Henderson Investors, located inside 71 South Wacker Drive, a 48-story high-rise in the heart of the Loop. Ware Malcomb provided interior architecture and design services for the project.
In partnership with JLL, LEED Platinum certification was achieved for the 7,500-square-foot project. JLL provided project management and LEED documentation services. General contracting services for the project were provided by J.C. Anderson.

The design complements Janus Henderson’s hybrid workforce with meeting, break-out spaces, and lounge spaces to promote collaboration. Sustainable, eco-friendly systems and materials were incorporated throughout the office.
