Ware Malcomb, an international design firm, has completed the construction of a 7,000-square-foot office project for Compass. The project, located in Potomac, MD, was designed to create a retail-oriented street front presence that highlights Compass’s customer service model and property offerings. 

“The Potomac office is a showcase example of the design aesthetic Compass’s offices are known for,” said Marlyn Zucosky, regional director of interior architecture & design for Ware Malcomb’s New Jersey offices. “It is always an exciting design exercise to customize our client’s design standards to reflect each location in innovative ways to translate the distinct Compass brand.”
