Warby Parker to Open 14th Virginia Store at Virginia Gateway

National eyewear brand Warby Parker is set to open its 14th Virginia location at the Virginia Gateway shopping center in Gainesville.

Virginia Gateway is an approximately 660,000-square-foot regionally dominant retail center located at the intersection of Routes 66 and 29. The property features anchor tenants Giant, HomeGoods, Ulta Beauty, and Total Wine, as well as approximately 300,000 square feet of small-shop tenants. Federal Realty Investment Trust owns the shopping center and purchased the 110-acre, mixed-use property for $215 million in 2024.

The store will feature the brand’s full collection of optical glasses and sunglasses, as well as its spring releases. Third-party contact lenses and accessories will also be available. Warby Parker Virginia Gateway is located at 13949 Promenade Commons St.
