Warby Parker Signs Lease for Upper East Side Location

TF Cornerstone (TFC) signed a 1,400-square-foot lease with Warby Parker on the ground floor of The Fairfax at 69th Street and Third Avenue on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. The eye care lifestyle brand will be opening its doors at The Fairfax this August.

Representing TF Cornerstone, Winick Realty Group’s Steven Baker, Daniyel Cohen and Tom Galo arranged the lease, the latest in the formerly direct-to-consumer brand’s expansion into brick-and-mortar retail. It operates stores on the Upper West Side as well as in Midtown and Lower Manhattan.

“Warby Parker is an exciting addition to the TFC portfolio, and we are thrilled to welcome them to our Fairfax property on the Upper East Side,” said Steve Gonzalez, VP of retail leasing at TF Cornerstone. “It’s exciting to be a part of Warby Parker’s expansion efforts as they advance the important mission of providing consumers with high quality, accessible and affordable eyewear.”
