Wanted: Legoland Park in OC!

Orange County wants Legoland Parks to build an amusement site in one of its cities. According to County Executive Steve Neuhaus, Legoland Park could create about 1,000 jobs and would attract opportunities for small businesses and restaurants. The developer will reportedly make a visit to Orange County during the next couple of weeks to explore possible locations.

The largest Legoland Park in the world is in Orlando, Florida, and includes a water park and hotel. If Legoland comes to Orange County, it will mirror that location. In order to be a good fit, a new Legoland park must encompass at least 100 acres, and have available water and sewers. Orange County’s possible Legoland sites already boast good accessibility, near major freeways.
