Walton to Build 300-Home Residential Development in North Carolina

Real estate investment and land asset management company Walton has acquired 275 acres in the city of Concord, N.C. The firm plans to build a 300 single family home community at the site.

Located in Cabarrus County, Annsborough Park will offer an amenity center with a pool, neighborhood pocket parks, stormwater quality ponds and other natural areas. Sales are expected to begin in mid-to-late 2022. The homebuilder of the project is M/I Homes.

“We could not be more excited to support M/I Homes to bring new homes to the city of Concord,” said Adam Morman, general manager of Walton’s Mid-Atlantic region “This area of North Carolina continues to grow and this community will be a great addition and supply needed home inventory.”
