Walton Street, Alberta Acquire Denver-Area Shopping Center
Harvest Junction, a 367,918-square-foot, fully-leased shopping center in the Denver-area community of Longmont, CO, has traded hands, reportedly for more than $61 million. Walton Street Capital, L.L.C. and Alberta Development Partners purchased the asset from RPT Realty.
Situated on a combined 46.15 acres at 205 and 210 Ken Pratt Blvd., the property is located along a dominant east-west corridor and connects to Interstate 25 between Denver and Fort Collins in Boulder County. The market’s dominant center is also bisected by Ken Pratt Boulevard, separating the property into north and south sections.
Completed in 2006, Harvest Junction is home to major tenants Dick’s Sporting Goods, Marshalls, Ross Dress for Less, Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Michaels, Staples, Petco, DSW and Dollar Tree.
HFF’s Chad Murray, Aaron Johnson and Barry Brown marketed the asset exclusively on behalf of the seller.
