The property is known as Chesapeake View and is located approximately 30 miles north of Baltimore and 36 miles south of Wilmington, DE.

Chesapeake View is currently zoned as agricultural. Its location is convenient to Interstate 95, for accessibility to employment centers including Aberdeen Proving Ground, White Marsh, health care providers from Johns Hopkins in Baltimore and local hospitals in Harford County. The property is minutes away from the Aberdeen MARC/Amtrak Station, providing rail service to the cities along the east coast, as well as a short commute to new retail, cinema, grocers and entertainment options such as Stadium Towne Center and Ripkin field.
