Walters’ Income-Restricted Holmdel Project Now Fully Leased

Cornerstone at Holmdel, an income-restricted community in Monmouth County, is now fully leased and occupied, said Walters, the award-winning property’s owner and developer. Located at 461 Middle Rd. in Holmdel, NJ, the 50-residence property was completed in June 2024.

Situated on nearly four acres, Cornerstone at Holmdel comprises three buildings designed and constructed to meet the requirements of LEED Gold and ENERGY STAR certification. The three-story buildings offer one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Units feature upgraded finishes and amenities including full-size washers and dryers, dishwashers, controlled heating and central air conditioning. The property is centrally located near Holmdel Towne Center and the Commons at Holmdel.

“Walters is committed to serving the needs of New Jersey’s residents by providing safe, decent rental opportunities,” said Joseph Del Duca, partner and director of affordable housing for Walters. “Walters has built 25 income-restricted communities to date and each one provides affordable housing for local people who otherwise would find it difficult to remain in the area.”
