Walt Disney World Resort Adjacent Retail Center Trades for $30M

The Shoppes at Celebration Place, a 44,095-square-foot retail center located at 6200-6296 West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Celebration, FL, has sold. The property was acquired by New York-based Ben Hur Investments for $29.5 million.

The asset is located adjacent to Disney’s corporate offices, and minutes from Walt Disney World Resort. The center is 100% leased to a diverse mix of national and regional retailers, including Walgreens, Applebee’s, Arby’s, Dunkin’ Donuts, Chipotle, and Five Guys.

Stan Johnson Company’s Joey Odom, Mike Sladich, KB Yabuku and Maggie Holmes represented both the seller, South Florida-based Flagler Realty & Development, and the buyer.

Odom says, “the West Palm Beach-based developer did an absolute first-class job delivering an A-plus quality property. This is truly generational real estate, and the buyer was primarily motivated to own a trophy property at the doorstep of Walt Disney World.”
