Walmart Signs New Lease in Frederick Industrial Development

Matan Companies has announced the signing of three long-term leases at 4910 Executive Court in Frederick, MD, as part of its Center 85 project. The leases, totaling nearly 210,000 square feet, were secured with Leonardo DRS, Walmart, and Envigo.

With the signing of these leases, the 276,000-square-foot building is now 75% occupied, leaving 66,000 square feet of Class A space available for lease. Center 85 will feature five buildings and over 550,000 square feet of space once fully developed.

Located near I-270 in Frederick’s Route 85 employment corridor, Matan has approvals for a fourth building of 155,000 square feet, set to begin construction later this year, and a fifth site for future development.
