Bryer Investment Properties, LLC and Bryer Properties, LLC have purchased Commons on Collier, a 12,601-square-foot shopping center located at 6654 Collier Boulevard in Naples, FL for $6.3 million.

Louie Granteed of Tobin Real Estate, a family owned real estate, management and construction company, represented the seller, Rook at Naples, LLC. Matt Stepan of Premier Commercial represented the buyer.

“It is almost impossible to find a fully leased retail center built within the last half-decade in the Naples market, which continues to experience tremendous growth and wealth migration,” said Granteed.

 The 2018-constructed property sits on 1.73 acres and is fully stabilized with long-term tenants including Supercuts, Domino’s and the Collier County Tax Collector. It is located on a Walmart Supercenter outparcel in close proximity to Ross, ALDI and Pet Supermarket stores, and visible to more than 57,000 daily vehicles.
