Developer Working on 14th Waller Commercial, Residential Project

Finishes Solutions started work on Gracious Gardens, a 28-acre mixed-use development with apartments, high-density single-family homes, and retail, just south of Waller High School.

The Houston Business Journal reports the first phase is designed to include 220 one-to-three-bedroom apartments across 10 three-story buildings, followed by 300 single-family homes averaging 1,100 square feet each, and two retail buildings totaling 57,000 square feet facing Stokes Road. Resident amenities will include a pool and clubhouse.

The company expects the apartments to open in about a year and the entire project to be completed in two years.

Finishes Solutions has completed or is working on 14 commercial and residential projects in Waller. The company has invested more than $150 million in Waller projects, with another more than $600 million planned by 2030. Waller is a town of 2,600, about 40 minutes northwest of Houston.
