Cherry Blow Dry Bar has leased 1,400 square feet of space at Wall Towne Center in Manasquan, NJ.

The lease brings the 91,000-square-foot shopping center to 100% occupancy, and coincides with the expansion of the property’s 71,000-square-foot ShopRite supermarket, which opened in September.

“The addition of Cherry Blow Dry Bar as well as an expanded ShopRite store will strengthen its position as the community’s central one-stop shopping location,” said Andrea Kyriacou, senior leasing representative for property owner Levin Management Corp. (LMC), which arranged the lease. David Dunkelman of Soloff Realty represented the tenant.
