Walker & Dunlop’s Apprise Expands Western Valuation Team

Apprise by Walker & Dunlop has grown its Western U.S. valuation and advisory team. John Park joined as managing director in Los Angeles and brings more than 22 years of real estate experience. Also starting is Steve Henry, who joined as a managing director in Phoenix and brings 20 years of experience.

Park and Henry both report to Casey Merrill, regional managing director, as part of the firm’s recent West Coast expansion. They will work alongside senior directors Michael Mobley in Northern California and Steve Evans in Los Angeles, who both joined earlier this year.

“We are proud to continue expanding our team of highly experienced appraisers in the West,” said Meghan Czechowski, SVP and head of Apprise. “These new additions share our obsession with client service and further ensures Apprise continues meeting needs of our clients with real-time valuation insights and support.”
