Walker & Dunlop Arranges Nashville Multifamily Sale, Financing

Walker & Dunlop has arranged the sale and financing of The Guthrie North Gulch, a 271-unit Nashville apartment community. Pricing and terms have not been disclosed for the deal that closed in late June.

Russ Oldham of W&D’s Nashville Investment Sales team led the transaction for the seller. Stephen Farnsworth, Hanes Dunn, and Jessie Bland of W&D’s Multifamily Finance team arranged the Freddie Mac fixed-rate loan for buyer GF Properties of Denver.

The Guthrie North Gulch at 600 11th Ave. North is a pet-friendly community offering studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Amenities include fitness center, dog park, state-of-the-art recording studio and more.

“We were pleased to offer a rare opportunity to acquire this unique located, wood-frame property in the vibrant Gulch submarket of Nashville, TN. Walker & Dunlop’s all-encompassing services platform allowed for a streamlined appraisal process, while securing favorable debt and ultimately an attractive transaction price.”
