Walker Development Buys MA Flex Building for $5M 

Walker Development has acquired a 43,000-square-foot flex building at 337 Turnpike Road in Southborough, MA., from Trask Development for $5.1 million.  

With 24,185 square feet of available space, the property comprises 15,915 square feet of low bay industrial space and 8,270 square feet of office space.  

Victor Galvani and Matt Cune of SVN Parsons Commercial Group facilitated the deal between the Seller and Buyer. While Walker Development plans to utilize part of the building for its corporate headquarters, the rest of the space is either leased or available for leasing, with SVN Parsons Commercial Group continuing as the leasing agent.
