Wakefield Retail Property Trades for $4M

Coldwell Banker Commercial has arranged the $3.6 million sale of a retail building in Wakefield, MASS.

Located at 369 Main St., the three-story building was built in 1880 and totals 17,140 square feet. It is situated on nearly a third of an acre of land, including an adjacent parking lot. The property is currently occupied by a retail banking company.

Todd Glaskin and Gregg Leppo of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT represented the buyer, William Thibeault, president of Thibeault Development, in the transaction. Thibeault has added the property to his investment portfolio of holdings. The seller was not disclosed.
