Most recently, he served as Principal and Managing Director at Avison Young, where he oversaw all brokerage operations and key office portfolio strategies. In his role at Lee & Associates – Houston, Bowlin will focus on expanding the firm’s office leasing platform, advising landlords, and developers on maximizing asset performance. He will also play a key role in business development and mentorship across the brokerage team.
