W5 Group to Develop 602-Bed Student Housing Property in Orlando

Single-family investment office W5 Group has announced the development of The Retreat at Orlando, a 602-bed, 138-unit student housing development in Orlando near the University of Central Florida.

Construction on the project began in August and is slated for completion in the next year. The cottage-style community will include a suite of amenities such as a resort-style pool, golf simulator and a clubhouse with a study lounge and fitness center. Units will feature modern appliances, high-end vinyl tile floors, quartz countertops, high-speed Wi-Fi, cable television and in-unit washer-dryers. W5 Group has partnered with student housing developer Landmark Properties to develop and operate the property.
