VTS Launches Workplace Experience Application

VTS has launched VTS Activate Workplace, a workplace experience application that combines native workplace and building systems into one application. VTS Activate Workplace aims to solve challenges such as bolstering in-office demand, meeting evolving employee expectations, and accommodating hybrid work policies. It provides technology and insights to transform the workplace experience, allowing companies to connect employees with one configurable app that reflects their brand and culture.

VTS’ 2024 Global Workplace Report indicates that 93% of companies believe a personalized app with company and building-specific information will increase on-site employee attendance. VTS Activate Workplace acts as a command center, enabling companies to engage employees, provide experience on-site, and measure employee satisfaction. It offers access control, office management, marketing capabilities, and facilitates day-to-day on-site needs like desk booking, visitor management, service requests, and more, serving as a digital connective tissue between employees and the office ecosystem.

“With hybrid work becoming the norm and office occupancy a continued concern, companies overwhelmingly need a solution that acts as a command center, a single technology to engage employees and provide a frictionless experience on-site,” said Nick Romito, CEO of VTS.
