VTS Cues Up End-to-End Leasing Platform

Leasing and asset management platform VTS has announced plans for what it says will be the industry’s first end-to-end online marketplace. The company says this marketplace, scheduled to launch in 2019, will provide the infrastructure for landlords, agency brokers, tenant reps and tenants alike to lease online.

Currently used for nearly one-third of U.S. office properties, “VTS is already the system of record for inventory and deal management for landlords globally,” said CEO Nick Romito. “Now, the VTS marketplace allows us to provide every player with the infrastructure to complete the full deal cycle for deals of all sizes, streamlining a process that has, for decades been highly inefficient and expensive for everyone involved.”

In addition to VTS’ core customer base, which includes Blackstone, Brookfield, Hines, CBRE and JLL, flexible workspace providers will also leverage the new marketplace and technology infrastructure to capture tenant demand and help manage their transactions online.
