VP Eric Jeremiah Joins CBRE’s Greater Boston Office Leasing Team

Eric Jeremiah has joined CBRE as a VP in the organization’s Greater Boston suburban office brokerage business. Jeremiah will focus on both tenant and landlord representation.

“We are pleased to welcome Eric to our suburban office practice in Greater Boston,” said Mike Brucato, executive managing director and Greater Boston market leader at CBRE. “He is a highly respected office broker with deep market knowledge and a strong track record of success advising both landlords and occupiers.”

Before joining CBRE, Jeremiah spent over five years with Newmark, where he represented tenants and landlords on suburban office and industrial leasing assignments throughout Greater Boston. He graduated from Middlebury College, where he was a member of the varsity lacrosse team.
