Vornado Realty Trust has signed an agreement to sell four Manhattan retail properties located at 510 Fifth Avenue, 148 – 150 Spring Street, 443 Broadway, and 692 Broadway, as well as The Armory Show in New York, for a total sales price of $124.4 million.  

The sale of the four retail properties is anticipated to close in the third quarter, subject to customary closing conditions. The buyer wasn’t identified. Vornado acquired these properties separately in the late 2000s and early 2010s. These transactions will result in an approximate $20 million gain for Vornado Realty Trust, which will be recognized in the third quarter.
