Vornado Taps Cushman & Wakefield to Lease PENN 2
Vornado Realty Trust has enlisted Cushman & Wakefield to exclusively lease PENN 2, a 1.8 million square feet office tower within PENN DISTRICT. The Cushman & Wakefield agency team will be led by Bruce Mosler and Josh Kuriloff.
PENN 2 underwent a $750 million renovation, featuring glass architecture, outdoor spaces, and a podium offering 105,000 square feet of column-free space. The tower includes Madison Square Garden’s headquarters and a suspended 300-seat Town Hall for various events. Vornado transformed PENN 1 and PENN 2 into a connected campus, adding 4.4 million square feet of office space and revitalizing the surrounding area in PENN DISTRICT.
