Volkswagen Re-Ups at 300 Tice in Woodcliff Lakes

Hudson Equities has secured a five-year renewal of Volkswagen Group of America’s 12,000-square-foot space at Hudson’s 300 Tice Boulevard in Woodcliff Lakes, NJ. JLL’s Frank D. Recine, Blake Goodman and Derek DeMartino represented the property’s ownership, while Thomas Reilly of JLL represented the car manufacturer.

“In the short time of owning this premier asset, Hudson Equities has begun extensive plans to make major capital improvements to the office building,” said Recine. “The owner intends to ensure 300 Tice Boulevard’s position as the premier Class A office building in the Northern Bergen County submarket.”

Hudson launched a multimillion-dollar capital improvement program for the property, which is currently in progress. The upgrades will include new and upgraded exterior landscaping, HVAC units, fitness center, conferencing facility, cafeteria and common areas.
