
Voit Handles $23.6M Miramar MXU Sale
A mixed-use asset in San Diego’s Miramar submarket traded hands for $23.6 million. The deal includes Miramar Landing, a 131,360-square-foot retail entertainment center, and the Clayton Building, a 39,170-square-foot atrium office building.
The 10-acre project was built in 1985. Miramar Landing is currently 100% occupied by 13 tenants, including Nickel City Fun Center, Royal India, Scandinavian Designs, Seaside Buffet, and At Ease Games.
The Clayton Building is a three-story building, with ground-floor retail adjacent to the shopping center that is 87% occupied.
Voit’s Brandon Keith, Randy LaChance and Ryan Bracker represented both the buyer, 8990 Miramar Landing LP, and the seller, Miramar Commercial Center, LTD.
