Voit Brokers Big Santa Ana Deal

Irvine-based Voit Real Estate Services has brokered a major office building deal in Santa Ana for just over $8 million.

The 38,000 square foot building, at 500 W. Santa Ana Blvd., will reportedly be leased by Nova Academy Children’s Foundation as a charter school for underprivileged high school and early college students.

The transaction was brokered by Brian Corrigan, a senior vice president at Voit.  Corrigan said “With limited available space in Orange County, identifying an appropriate facility for Nova’s high school and college programs required considerable time and resources, and we were able to find a great fit for them.”
