VoiceBox Technologies Takes Down 67K SF in Bellevue, WA

Startup VoiceBox Technologies, which makes voice recognition products for car and communication companies, has signed a lease at One Twelfth @ Twelfth. The property is a 15-year-old office campus just west of Interstate 405 at 110 112th Ave. N.E. in Bellevue, WA. The company will relocate to its 67,400-square-foot office at the end of this year.

The start-up company is currently situated in two suburban buildings on Northeast 24th Street. The move is being made in an effort to get all of the Bellevue employees in one spot. VoiceBox office manager Emily Harvey said that the company signed a seven-year lease with owner Eastside, but declined to disclose the value of the deal.

Brian Kelly and Cody Morrison with Washington Partners represented the tenant. Tim Smith, Tony Ford and Chris Reid with Colliers International’s Bellevue office is handling leasing on behalf of the owner.
