Vita Coco Signs Headquarters Lease at Landmarked Flatiron District Property

Vita Coco, a publicly traded American beverage company and the largest brand globally in coconut/plant waters, has signed a 22,530-square-foot office lease at 111 Fifth Ave. The company will relocate its corporate offices from 250 Park Ave. South to the entire second floor of 111 Fifth, a boutique office building in the Flatiron District near Union Square.

CBRE’s Jason Frazier and Jesse de la Rama represented Vita Coco in lease negotiations. “As an international brand, Vita Coco required a high-quality headquarters to match its stellar brand reputation,” said Frazier. “We are proud to partner with them to negotiate a lease allowing the company to expand and upgrade its offices in one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods.”

Built in 1895, 111 Fifth is a landmarked neoclassical cast-iron building on the north side of 18th Street. The 13-story boutique office property is owned by The Winter Organization.
