Vision Real Estate Taps CBRE for Morristown Property

Following its recently completed renovation of 1776 On The Green in Morristown, NJ, Vision Real Estate Partners has tapped CBRE to serve as the exclusive leasing agent for the 146,000-square-foot Class A office property at 67 E. Park Pl. in Morris County.
The CBRE team of Jon Williams and Mike Nieliwodski will spearhead the leasing campaign on behalf of the owner.

“The recently completed renovations at 1776 On The Green, including a new lobby, rooftop deck and enhanced amenity spaces, have created a modern aesthetic and a distinct office experience for tenants, their employees and guests,” said Williams, who led two previous successful leasing assignments for Vision Real Estate Partners.

Several availabilities remain at 1776 On The Green, including a first-floor opportunity with the potential for signage and a dedicated entrance to the renovated Pioneer Park. The property is currently 73% occupied.
