Vision RE Advances on Parsippany Repositioning

Vision Real Estate Partners recently completed a newly-redesigned lobby at Northpoint at 20 Waterview in Parsippany, NJ. It’s part of a multi-million-dollar capital improvement program that is intended to take the property from a Class B office building to a Class A, modern and hospitality-inspired workplace.

In addition to the lobby renovation, Vision recently completed a full roof replacement and complete renovation to all restrooms. The third phase of Vision’s capital plan for the property, which it acquired in Aril 2018, is enhanced landscaping, outdoor dining area improvements and renovations to the café and fitness center.

“The enhancements we are making to Northpoint at 20 Waterview, including the recent completion of a new lobby, will ensure that this property meets the demand for dynamic office environments that allow today’s workforce to thrive,” said Sam Morreale, founding and managing partner of Vision Real Estate Partners.
