Vision Real Estate Partners paid an undisclosed price for 1776 On The Green, a locally-famous office property next to Pioneer Park in the heart of Morristown, NJ.

“Becoming part of this vibrant central business district has been part of our expansion goal for some time,” said Sam Morreale, founder and managing partner for Vision.

The 150,000-square-foot tower at 67 Park Place East is currently 80% leased. Vision plans to upgrade the lobby and common areas, including the creation of a third-floor amenity lounge with a coffee bar, flat-screen televisions and café-style , which is next door to the building.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Metropolitan Area Capital Markets Group orchestrated the recent trade from Deutsche Bank Asset Management.
