Virginia Shopping Center Trades for $8M

Club Forest Guardian has acquired Orchard Marketplace, a 46,552-square-foot, grocery-anchored shopping center in Daleville, VA. The sales price was $8 million.

Located at 50-110 Marketplace Center Way, the center is 12 miles north of downtown Roanoke, and is currently fully leased to a tenant roster that includes Food Lion and Carilion Health Systems.

Eric Robison, Catharine Spangler and Jessica Johnson of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer represented the sellers, Orchard Anchor LLC and New Orchard Marketplace LLC, in the sale.
