Virginia Beach Walgreens Property Sold for $5M 

B+E, a brokerage and technology platform for net lease real estate, has arranged the sale of a Walgreens property in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The transaction was valued at $4.9 million and involved a private real estate investment trust as the buyer and a family office as the seller.  

Situated at 4768 Shore Drive, the property spans 14,560 square feet on 1.78 acres. B+E has a transaction platform that includes intuitive dashboards and an AI-driven exchange. This platform utilizes the data set in the net lease industry to provide market information.
