Vintage Warehouse Sells to Unidos Textile

Unidos Textile Inc. won a fierce bidding war to acquire a 1970s-built, 30,400-square-foot warehouse in northwest Dallas. The buyer, a wholesale supplier of bedding, curtains, linens and rugs, ended up with the property, which is on one acre at 10401 Harry Hines Blvd.

Richmond Collinsworth with Bradford Cos. represented seller MLK Harry Hines JV, which developed the property. “It really was interesting that the original developer still owned it, and that Front Desk was only the second tenant ever in that building,” Collinsworth said.

The property attracted multiple offers from dozens of users and investors. Unidos Textile, located at 10323 Harry Hines, across the street from the subject property, was represented by Bob Spletter of NAI Robert Lynn.

Meanwhile, office furniture company Front Desk enlisted Collinsworth to find a new location. After six weeks of searching, the tenant ended up in 24,307 square feet at 13628 Beta Rd. in Farmers Branch.
