Vintage Dallas Office Building On the Market

Granite Properties has placed a 123-year-old Dallas office building up for sale. Factory Six03, a 215,111-square-foot office building originally constructed in 1903, is 78% leased. Cushman & Wakefield is marketing the property at 603 Munger Ave.

The Dallas Business Journal reports Granite Properties purchased the more than 100-year-old building in 2015 when it was known as the West End Marketplace. It had been vacant for ten years when Granite took it over. Redevelopment plans included adding 10,000 square feet of ground-level space for restaurant uses and a rooftop deck on the eighth floor. Additionally, plans included a community lobby, conference facility, coffee bar and converting the existing basement into executive parking.

In the past, Factory Six03 has been home to Brown Cracker and Candy Co., Sunshine Biscuit Factory and the West End Marketplace Festival.
