Village Park Breaks Ground on 204-Unit Buckhead Senior Living Community

Senior housing developer Village Park has broken ground on Corso Atlanta, a 204-unit luxury senior living community in Atlanta’s Buckhead submarket.

Corso Atlanta will incorporate French-inspired architectural elements including metal barreled roofs, balconettes, lanterns, cornices, two large courtyards, and European-style cafes. Amenities will include an on-site theater, fitness center, florist, library, full-service salon, wine cellar and tasting room, sports bar, greenhouse, pet park and several dining venues.

“We would like to thank the community for working with us to bring this innovative senior living concept to Buckhead,” said Tim Gary, CEO of Village Park. “People, including the residents, families, community leaders and caregivers, are the foundation of Corso’s engaging environments.”
