Village at Totem Lake Debuts in Kirkland

El Segundo, CA-based CenterCal Properties opened the initial phase of The Village at Totem Lake in Kirkland. Phase one of the 400,000-square-foot mixed-use development at 12650 Totem Lake Blvd. NE features a Whole Foods Market, Trader Joe’s, and Nordstrom Rack.

Totem Lake is the redevelopment of a newly-imagined lifestyle center, complete with a village feel, mixed-use, gourmet grocery, high-end residential and other experiences. The project’s partners include Dallas-based Trinsic Residential Group, L.P. and Seattle-based Avenue5 Residential, which opened 202 luxury apartments in February.

The second phase of the development is under construction and will include a Cinemark luxury theater, lululemon, SEPHORA, Athleta, Salt & Straw, and other restaurants and retailers focused on quality placemaking. As part of phase two, project partner Fairfield Residential will also deliver another 650 luxury apartments starting fall 2020.
