Viking Sales Group Inks 12K SF in Midtown South
Viking Sales Group, a division of Core Home, has signed a 12,582-square-foot lease at 42 West 39th Street in Midtown South. The building is an 18-story structure constructed in 1927. The lease was signed at an asking rent of approximately $39 per square foot.
David Levy of Adams & Co. represented the landlord, 42-52 West 39 Street LLC, in the transaction. “We are confident that the Transit Triangle location will continue to serve as an attractive location for both growing and established businesses throughout 2024,” said Levy.
“Located in the heart of Transportation Triangle of Manhattan, 42 West 39th Street offers tenants access to the city’s main transportation hubs and proximity to a variety of shops, restaurants, gyms and more. The building’s proximity to Bryant Park, with its green space, events and programming, is also an important draw.”
