ViewSonic Relocates from Longtime Chino Base to Ontario Ranch Business Park

Newmark has facilitated a 171,913-square-foot industrial lease for ViewSonic Corporation at Building 2 of Ontario Ranch Business Park, located at 4953 E. Euclid, Ontario. Newmark executive managing director David Kluth and Nathan Piehl of Cushman & Wakefield co-represented the tenant in the transaction.

“After a 12-year tenancy in Chino, ViewSonic chose to relocate to a larger, state-of-the-art and never-occupied building in the sought-after Ontario marketplace to grow and enhance its warehouse operations,” said Kluth.

Ontario Ranch Business Park is a premier, master-planned Class A industrial development in the Inland Empire West submarket, featuring modern, high-quality warehouse facilities with state-of-the-art specifications. The overall park is a large-scale project with phases totaling millions of square feet across multiple buildings, strategically positioned with access to major transportation corridors including Interstates 10 and 15, and State Routes 60 and 71, enhancing connectivity for regional and national supply chains
