Video Special Report: CRE Investors Have “Spectrum of Choice” to Match Strategy, Objectives

Whatever their investment strategy and objectives, commercial real estate investors in 2020 enjoy “a spectrum of choice” in terms of vehicles to satisfy those goals, says Marcus & Millichap CEO Hessam Nadji.

That spectrum includes markets as well as product types. At this point in the cycle, “so many markets have improved economically across the United States,” thereby opening up the options for first-time investors, Nadji says That’s a contrast between the current, long-running cycle and prior ones, he adds.

Part one of our exclusive one-on-one interview with Nadji, conducted by Connect Media CEO Daniel Ceniceros, focused on the macroeconomic environment, including the possible impact of the coronavirus. In part two, Nadji talks real estate investment strategy—a topic which the Marcus & Millichap CEO is eminently qualified to address, given the firm’s annual transaction volume in this arena.

Hessam Nadji will also be one of the featured speakers at Connect Los Angeles, coming up on March 26. Click here for more information and to register.
