Video Software Platform Finds New Home at 530 Seventh Ave.

Lee & Associates NYC represented JW Player, a leading video software and data insights platform, in a 12,044-square-foot office lease at Savitt Partners’ 530 Seventh Ave. in the Garment District. JW Player pioneered online video capabilities, as creators of the world’s first open-source video player in 2008, and has expanded to video hosting, streaming, advertising, and analytics.

A Lee & Associates NYC team of Alan Friedman and Woody King represented JW Player. CBRE’s Paul Amrich, Neil King, Alexander Golod, and Maxwell Tarter represented Savitt Partners, alongside an internal team of Brian Neugeboren, Nicole Goetz, and Bob Savitt.

“We’re thrilled to have found a space that will provide JW Player with a creative layout in a great building that will continue to feed the company’s innovative environment,” said Friedman. “The partial 16th floor space at 530 Seventh was perfect for their needs and move-in ready, which made for a seamless transition.”
