VIDEO: CRE Leaders at Connect LA Explore New Opportunities

Current market conditions are forcing commercial real estate companies to “think outside the box” when it comes to handling investments and services. At the Connect LA event in late June, the question was posed to several industry leaders, “What’s the biggest new opportunity you’re seeing now?” 

In this video featuring Tony Natsis, Partner at Allen Matkins, Joseph Derhake, CEO of Partner Engineering and Science, David Waite, Partner at Cox, Castle and Nicholson, Richard K. Green, Director and Chair of the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate, Chris Cooper, Principal, Managing Director-Southern California at Avison Young and Carl Muhlstein, Executive Managing Director at JLL, a variety of commercial real estate opportunities were discussed.

From adaptive reuse, to land acquisition to investing in publicly traded real estate companies, the experts provided some real “food for thought” during a turbulent market.
