Vidaris Relocates Offices to Durst Tower Near Times Square
Vidaris, Inc. signed a 10-year lease for 19,000 square feet at the Durst Organization’s One Five One W. 42nd St. A testing, inspection and certification consultancy, Vidaris is moving from 360 Park Ave. South.
“Vidaris is an exciting addition to One Five One,” said Durst Organization president Jonathan Durst. “We are honored that a company that has contributed so much to the advancement of high-performance and sustainable buildings has chosen One Five One as their new home.”
Marc Weissbach, CEO of Vidaris, said, “For nearly a century, we have committed ourselves to helping create the most efficient and advanced built environment. Taking up residence at 151, the first green skyscraper and the blueprint for LEED, is an exciting affirmation of our commitment to high-performance construction and development.”
The Durst Organization was represented in-house by EVP Tom Bow, senior managing director Rocco Romeo, and managing director Lauren Ferrentino.
