Victory Park at Tustin Legacy is now open. Anton Development Co. built the five-acre park, which has playgrounds, picnic areas, cabanas, BBQ facilities and many additional features.

Victory Park is dedicated to Tustin’s U.S. Marine Corps Air Station.

Tustin Legacy’s 1,600 acres is a multi-use development on a site that the air station formerly occupied. It is home to The District at Tustin Legacy, a one-million-square foot shopping center; just over 2,400 homes; and educational facilities. When completed, Tustin Legacy will have between six and seven million square feet of total commercial space.
