Victoria Gardens Introduces New Tenants

Victoria Gardens, Forest City’s outdoor shopping center in Rancho Cucamonga, has some new tenants on its roster.

Among the new tenants are the fast-casual restaurant chain The Melt, the Inland Empire’s first NYX Professional Makeup, a new GNC health store and skincare outfit Aveda.

Some more space freed up recently at the 1.5-million-square-foot Victoria Gardens after the departure of Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar and Grill. Victoria Gardens, which opened in 2004, is currently 94-percent leased, according to management.
