Vicki Noonan Takes Cushman & Wakefield Leadership Reins

Cushman & Wakefield hired Vicki Noonan as its managing principal and Chicago leader. Noonan takes over leadership of the Chicago-area office from Shawn Mobley. Mobley, who oversees the company’s East Region and Canadian operations, had been seeking a replacement to handle Chicago-area duties.

Noonan’s previous position was Midwest director of leasing at Tishman Speyer. She had been with Tishman Speyer for more than 30 years, and left the firm in late June, with the intent to retire. She decided to continue working, with one of her first tasks at Cushman & Wakefield being the hire of new brokers.

Noonan’s hire follows Cushman & Wakefield’s $2 billion merger with DTZ, and relocation of its global headquarters to Chicago from New York.
